Over 90% of the faculty have doctoral degrees and faculty hold doctoral degrees from 57 universities.
 
The Robert Wang Center for International Business is one of 30 Centers for International Business Education and Research in the United States, funded by a three year, $4.1 million grant from the Department of Education
 
The Sparks Bureau for Business and Economic Research conducted over $3 million in contract and grant research in 2007. The Bureau is one of the largest bureaus for economic research located in a college of business in the nation.
 
The FedEx Center for Supply Chain Management is the only center in the U.S. devoted to industrial/academic collaboration for research in cycle time issues.
 
The Kemmons Wilson School of Hospitality and Resort Management began operations in Fall 2002 and now has 118 majors. The School is housed in the Wilson Hotel, which offers 88 hotel suites, dining facilities, and conference space to its customers.
 
The Fogelman College has attracted over $600,000 for scholarships to attract high-quality students to its programs. The Fogelman College has over 27,000 alumni.
